TRAINING DIARY




My running times have changed! Yes! I started back running under a 12min/mile... which was ok, I was starting, but I have brought those numbers down =)

Past wednesday I finished 5miles stoping every mile for water (not counting those seconds) I did it in 49min and yesterday I finish a 5K in 29m26sec.... That brings me to less than 10min/mile
Yayyyyyy =) I'm slowly getting there

Did I mentioned I signed up for a full marathon? Yeah, I don't know how THAT happened lol, but it's on December 6th so I better get running

Oh yes and these are my new shoes... Brooks and they're AMAZING! Best shoes I've ever had
(I have a running shoe addiction)








March 20th
On 2010 I decided to start running, I loved it, I hated it and I loved it... I didn't stop.
Did my first 5K then a 10 K then several 5K and 10K until my first half... then the 2nd half then the 3rd.
In 2012 I quit, it was so hot and humid in our new town that I could not stand running... in 2013 I tried crossfit and it wasn't love at first sight but boy was it a hot romance LOL... in March 2014 I quit crossfit and for 10 months I eat and eat without any exercise.
January 2015 I'm back on the road, I started power walking and very slight joggs here and there.

March 2015 I'm signed again for my next half marathon =) in 3 weeks and I'm back being in love with running.

This is me, 2011 on my best running days =(
